Patrician Shores Association in Meredith, New Hampshire

Patrician Shores Association (PSA) is a small and friendly community of homeowners located on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee in Meredith, NH.

Our community, consisting of approximately 84 residential homes, is conveniently located between Meredith Village and Center Harbor.  The homes are arranged in a neighborhood setting, some with water views or water front.  All homes, whether used as a vacation or a primary home, enjoy private facilities, including a beautiful secluded beach, boat docks, boat and PWC moorings, tennis courts, a small playing field, and a recreation hall.
