Learn More About Our Community

Patrician Shores Association (PSA) is a small and friendly community of homeowners located on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee in Meredith, New Hampshire.
Our community, consisting of approximately 84 residential homes, is conveniently located between Meredith Village and Center Harbor.
The homes are arranged in a neighborhood setting, some with water views or water front. All homes, whether used as a vacation or a primary home, enjoy private facilities, including a beautiful secluded beach, boat docks, boat and PWC moorings, tennis courts, a small playing field, and a recreation hall.
The Patrician Shores Association (PSA) private beach is about 500′ long, located in a small inlet facing east with outstanding views of the Ossipee Mountains. There is a small parking area near the beach and docks; walking or bicycling is strongly encouraged.
There are 44 boat docks, accommodating boats with a Maximum LOA of 24′ with a maximum beam of 8′ 6″. The docks are licensed to PSA homeowners.
There are 6 boat moorings and a number of PWC (Personal Water Craft) moorings. Boat moorings are assigned annually by lottery at the September general membership meeting, while PWC moorings are assigned by lottery at the May general membership meeting.
There is an area to launch your canoe, kayak, or paddleboat, as well as a storage area.
The PSA community has an elected Board of Directors and several committee chairs providing management of the association. Membership meetings are held twice per year. Numerous social events are also held during the summer season.
Annual Association fees cover community well water, management of the beach, tennis courts, recreation hall, and all common areas. For a slip licensee, there is a separate fee for maintenance and upkeep of the docks.
